went 4 my so-called 'last' floorball pract yest.. v pathetic leh.. only 6 gals went lor.. (from like almost 20 on e 1st pract..) but tt means we get 2 play more games la.. always complaining gotta wait v long, but after playing 4 games, realise act v tiring too.. but fun la.. they say can continue gg 4 recreate, but it's on sat 8.30am lor, which is b4 my lect.. dun feel like gg 4 lect all sweaty & stinking up e whole lt leh.. haha.. went to watch "The Village" wif huiyi & her frens.. not bad la.. juz abit boring in e start, cuz u keep wondering when e 'creature' would turn up.. e actors/actresses were quite gd though.. overall: 3 1/2 stars ba..
16 Aug:
went 4 floorball pract again (2nd lesson).. cuz cat, shareen & shiping went 4 inter-block bball & came late, so i grouped up wif emma & some other gals (new frens!).. all nice friendly pple.. =) however, quite sway.. played 1 game against cat.. then she violent la (oops, she muz b sneezing now.. hehe..). whacked me wif her stick (accidentally la).. now i ended up wif this big bruise on my leg.. cannot wear skirt 4 at least a week.. sianz~ shld go get med fees from her.. juz kidding.. anw, tink i gave up on aikido liaoz, heard e costumes is quite ex.. tink i'll rather sarcifice & b hy's sample victim in exchange 4 free lessons next time.. haha.. still waiting news abt VAS's activities.. i haven even make my member card.. (?_?)

18 Aug:

celebrated huiyi's bdae today.. skipped a lect though.. act it was additional econ lect, & i only know abt it on tue.. so tink wun die la.. my 1st time ponning lect in uni hor.. hehe.. ok... her bdae was e day b4, so it's a belated celebration.. (^_^") went holland v wif hy, yx, al & xiang.. had lunch (ard 3pm) @ NYDC 4 e 1st time.. conclusion: i'll never like pasta.. but e cakes were really nice.. we shared 2 slices, one i can't really rem e name (except when i saw e display outside, it was aka 'ugly cake') which is some chocolate cake with ice cream & cream+hot choco fudge by e side.. e other was 'jedi mudster', some mudpie.. more like ice cream cake if u ask me, it had double choco chip plus macademia nuts ice cream, with a thin layer of oreo cookie at e bottom, melted choco poured on top, & cookie chunks inside.. yummy~ *drool* it was like a hot, then cold dessert combi, so ended up wif abit of stomach upset.. but no regrets.. paiseh la, went out so long, but my greatest memory is e food..

19 Aug:

visited ziling's hostel @ NUS prince george's park (which i later know from joyce is e same as julia's.. wonder if they're in e same block.. zl's in block 21) wif peiwen, qiu juan, michelle & wee teng.. our usual gang.. so happy we still stay close after so long.. been friends since P1! our ambition is to hold grandmas-gathering when we grow old.. hehe.. wt came from ntu straight, then she had this goodie bad from union day.. got free organiser, food, snacks, vouchers+writing pad lor.. arghhhh~ din know abt it.. shld haf gone sch 2day (me no lessons)! (x_x) 2 late 2 cry over spilled milk (4 me, more like spoilt milk.. ok, i'm not making sense here..)
back 2 main story.. e funny thing is we ended up wif half of us in nus & half in ntu.. sigh~ but it's ok la, at least all in e same area ma.. but pretty sickening lor.. it looks so near, but 2 get 2 nus from ntu act takes abt 1hr via bus+MRT.. ok la, if drive.. oh ya, besides pw, e rest of us either got licence liaoz or taking lessons, but all no car.. haha.. anw, her hostel is V nice!!! like condo only w/o swimming pool, but cuz it's a single rm, so area quite small la.. cozy la.. can c e sea from her common kitchen, quite windy along corridors too, juz abit quiet la (conducive 4 studying though).. they dun haf hall activities there.. went 4 lunch together at this Fusion place juz below her block, then took FREE shuttle (y ntu muz pay, so unfair!) to arts canteen 4 dessert.. (still tink nj's dessert e best, in terms of variety too) pay a visit 2 e central library also.. well.. we tokked alot lor, it's kinda fun la, 2 do nothing but tok tok tok, catch up on each other's lives, gossip abt other pple/exchange news, reminisce e 'gd old days'.. (rem there's this saying: "one of these days we'll look back at this & laugh at ourselves".. really true..) michelle say she found this slip of paper from e times we set up this thing call "ba1 gua4 ju4 le4 bu4" (gossip club).. it stated e rules of e club, which is rather hilarious when we tot abt it now,, e fines 4 breaking any rules was 20cents everytime (small amt 2 us now, but back in those days, u can buy ice cream lor), & it was written in pw's trademark colour: green.. hehe.. 2 bad she din bring it along..then we went on tokking abt other pri sch-mates, where some of them ended up, then we side-tracked 2 friendster, cuz found some old frens thru there ma.. zl called me 'friendster queen' juz cuz i got 100+ frens.. pls lor, this is considered little leh.. nowadays every1 switching 2 other means like hi5, multiply, sms.ac etc liaoz, & i'm still keeping 2 my friendster world.. anw, dunno y also.. we seems 2 rem alot of our pri days, like where we used 2 play/hang out, wat games we played, wat canteen stall sold wat food, wat teacher did wat, wat animals were there in e sch garden, etc.. shall not bored u all wif e details here.. hmm.. tink we can write our memoir 1 of these days.. \(^_^)/ after all tt, qj, zl & me took 198 from nus 2 boon lay, took abt 40 mins.. had LJS wif zl, then walked ard abit.. she bought a new watch+pencil case.. both v nice (cuz i helped her choose ma.. haha.. *BHB*) e pencil box only cost $3.90 leh.. was so tempted 2 buy, hope they dun move so soon (it's those mobile vendors)..

well.. my 1st week of tutorials.. so far my mkt-ing & IT tutor quite funny (esp e mkt-ing tutor.. he speaks alot of hokkien..) got a china guy 4 principles of econ.. rather boring la, but at least there's a short break in his lesson, so i wun fall asleep la.. =P as 4 biz law, e tutor's quite pro la, really helped 2 explain e text lor.. maybe i'm juz not cut out 4 e sub, cuz wif all e lagal terms etc.. v ang-moh leh.. (x_x) tink i'll go read thru e text again la.. speaking of which, textbk r really ex!!! i only bought 4 3 modules, & already it's $128! maybe i shld haf looked 4 2nd hand 1s, but most seniors i know sold theirs liaoz.. sigh~

anw, lucky i got some pple same classes as me.. like emma 4 mkt-ing; shuz, clara, shareen 4 econs.. known some new frens along e way, some even got all same tut grp as me.. (^_^) mostly new gal frens la.. partly cuz there's v few guys in biz classes, & partly cuz my social circle got more gals? hehe.. formed my project grps too, not all la.. hope can know more pple in e future.. esp wif cca coming up.. oh ya, floorball pract was ok, but limited space, so act played 2 matches la.. i joined cat, shiping & shareen as a team & we won both matches, thkx 2 every1's effort! (^_^)v 2 explain e game basically, there's 4 in a team, then of coz got rules la (wun elaborate much here cuz i also can't remember all..), they place this board thingy as goalkeeper, so u gotta score by hitting e ball into e sides of e goalpost.. me still e same, stick 2 defense, can't aim well, so better dun do attack.. oh ya, we r split into guys & gals, so not much interaction here also.. went 4 VAS welcome tea, found out most cca dun do much stuff during tea, so decided not 2 go 4 aikido's 1.. tink i'll go during actual pract la..

oh ya, went driving round ntu yest, hoping 2 familarise myself wif e place.. totally bored my bro out (he went wif me, & we agar kept going round e same places, so dun blame him..) having my 2 days break now, with 1 more lect 2 go on sat b4 i end my wk..
