had lunch wif xiao hui hui & frens today.. were discussing abt her preparations for GIP.. seems tt alot of pple gg abroad next sem.. Cat & Jeeps gg germany, then Emma's application for instep juz got approved.. gonna miz all of them.. somemore i'll b left all alone, gotta find s/o else to plan timetable wif liaoz.. haiz~

ahh~ less than a month till exams.. (i_i) and my last assignment is still in progress.. maths quiz this wk, & heard it's a killer.. e future seems bleak..

saw e article on Nanyang Chronicles this wk abt cancellation of inter-sem.. really sway tt we kana affected cuz i still haf many GEs to clear.. & wif PA next sem which mean we'll miss e xtra special sessions, it seems almost impossible to clear e AUs.. y schs impose changes w/o consultation of e students body? they shld at least haf surveys to c if we wan e changes ma.. it's like suppression of e public's views.. (>o<) first it was e change in our curriculum, then e points system, now this.. ok, e management did discussed e change in points system wif SU, but they implemented e thing although there was opposed views, so is tt still demecracy? i'm confused.. well.. tt's juz my viewpt.. haiz~

anw, recently got hooked onto Maple Story thru intro by my bro.. it's an online game (Emma tot it was a comic series).. (^_^") neva really like RPG games, but this is really cute! esp e piggies running ard.. feel tt me seems too old to be playing this type of thingy, but at least me bro's older.. hehe..

heard this song off e movie on scv Kagen no Tsuki (Last Quarter) which was adapted from a jap manga.. quite a gothic movie cuz of e dark setting & kinda chim/deep story abt reincarnation, human & ghost world.. there's this saying (legend?) in e movie tt u will see a moon of e exact shape every 19 years (or as quoted "Every 19 years, during 'Kagen no Tsuki', or Last Quarter of the Moon, a miracle is set to happen and a romance is set to brew..") sounds quite romantic.. hehe.. even though e plot confused me at times, I still tink it's a nice show.. partly cuz of e shuai ge (character Adam acted by Hyde), who's really devoted, but din have many scene.. btw, Hyde's e lead singer of this band call L'Arc~en~Ciel (which i hear is quite a popular jap band).. e song's in english though..

anw, been quite busy these few weeks cuz was rushing assignments & projects.. finished education essay, investments & acct PBL/BSC.. had chado pract test too.. left my financial mkt essay, plus quizzes.. good thing is need not go sch on wed anymore (unless anything crops up).. recount of e past few days.. (i find blog easier to write than essays.. haha..)

22/9 (thu):
had dinner wif Cat, Shuz & Joy in sch.. haven seen them 4 so long.. Joy told us abt what happened (her grandpa passed away a few days ago.. we knew abt it thru sms).. there was some moments i tot she was gonna cry.. tink she's really close to him.. pple can juz go suddenly, kinda make u feel like appreciating e pple ard u more..

23/9 (fri):
went for a bball game wif Cat, who told me it was juz a friendly game wif her hallmates & turned out to be their hall bball team practice.. (-_-") e game was ok, but e cool-down exercise was a killer.. ended up wif aching muscles for days.. ok, i admit i really lack exercise..

25/9 (sun):
went for a tea gathering as part of our class outing.. a few of my frens & i rented some kimonos to wear & we took lotsa pics! hehe.. but our kimono were like kinda out of shape cuz we din really know how to wear them, plus they were standard size so some were really long.. (^_^") unlike those on our teachers, which was specially tailor-made (& according to them, costs abt $2000+.. waa~)

27/9 (tue):
ran into Lan Lan while i was rushing for lect.. almost couldn't recognize her cuz she rebonded her hair (which she told me was quite some time ago.. tt shows how long i haven seen her).. luckily she called out, otherwise i would have juz walked past her.. act she claims she saw me some other time ago, but i seem to walk so fast tt she couldn’t get me.. (^_^") isit cuz of e singaporean hectic lifestyle tt we hardly stop for e things tt matter to us (such as family & frens), or maybe i shld walk slower? anw, so pls dun tink i'm dao-ing u all if i din respond, i juz din hear/c u only.. paiseh hor..

28/9 (wed):
chado practical test was ok, except for some parts.. sometimes u memorize e parts liaoz, but dunno y when u carry them out, it juz turns out wrong.. like ur brain din send e correct signal (tink we call tt miscommunications ba).. haha.. quite sad tt chado classes ended, cuz wun get to c my GE mates much liaoz, since we're all diff faculties/years.. feel tt i know more frens thru GE classes than during my tut classes.. i can't recognise most of my tut mates, which is kinda bad.. maybe cuz GE classes is arranged by balloting, which means most got into e class alone & tend to open up to others more.. whereas for tut classes, we usually plan e timetable wif frens & only stick to our own group.. btw, me not in any cca this sem (again), so my uni fren population not increasing much.. me networking cmi la.. but really happy to know some pple thru e “frens'-frens” connection..

haPPy cHiLdreN's dAy!!! even to all e old children who still haf e sense of child-like innocence in them.. hehe..

as promised, e story for "e Marriage Simulator":

girl was standing outside e cinema, sheltering from e rain when boy alighted at a bus stop nearby.. he stood beside her, sheltering from e rain too.. he started making some small talk (not purposely flirting, juz polite only), then they found out tt they act wanted to watch this same movie which was showing & since e rain wasn't stopping soon, they accompanied each other.. a month later, they were planning to get married.. there's this wedding package tt encompassed filming a video (which they'll received on their 10th anniversary) & this simulator program where they can experience life after marriage.. as expected, they went for e program, only to find out tt their differences in lifestyle & upbringing eventually caused them to get a divorce.. knowing e outcome, they opted to cancel e wedding to prevent future unhappiness.. however, both of them weren't happy after they parted..

one day, e bridal company returned them e video since they cancelled their package.. but they mailed e wrong tape to e other party.. so, girl called up boy to ask if he wanted his back.. they both agreed to throw e tapes away.. but e girl couldn't bear to do so & watched it instead.. in e video, e boy asked to seek her forgiveness in anything tt he might have done wrong (e video assumes tt they've been married for 10 years).. then he said how e girl always claimed tt their encounter was one of destiny.. he confessed tt it wasn't really fate tt brought them together.. then e scene went back to e past, showing how they've act met several times & e boy wanted to talk to e girl but juz din have e courage to do so.. for instance, he walked towards her at e supermkt but suddenly turn to face e veg counter when she turn towards his way (shy I guess).. finally, tt day at e cinema.. e boy was on his way home on e bus when he spotted e girl outside e cinema.. he alighted cuz he wanted to talk to her, & lied about leaving his umbrella at e office (it was in his briefcase all along)..

after watching e tape, e girl was touched to tears.. still believing tt they were destined to be together, she ran back to e cinema where they met, only to find out tt e movie's off-screen already, & replaced by this godzilla-type movie (kinda hilarious here).. as she turned to walk away, she spotted e boy, who also came to e same place.. they made up &amp; decide to get married after all..
