current location: genting

now writing this in e hotel room in genting.. brought my laptop along to do some work, too bad no wireless here.. anw, juz had my 堂姐's wedding dinner after a long car trip to KL.. お嫁さんはとてもきれいです! not sure abt wedding dinners in sg, haven had e chance to attend any.. basically in m’sia, most pple prefer to hold wedding banquet in restaurants, & usually wif loud karaoke tt broadcast mostly hokkien songs.. (my dad says in sg, it’s illegal to haf karaoke during wedding dinners.. tink cuz it’s too noisy..) which reminds me, I haven been to KTV this hols yet!

Death N0te 2 & Curse of e G0lden Fl0wers

went to watch "Death N0te 2: The Last Name" wif Cat yest nite.. it's a great movie! (& long too, 2 & 1/2 hours.. by e time it finished, it was almost 1am.. but really worth e $.. haha~) L's so funny, wearing e mask.. tt's e part where e whole cinema laughed.. act there's another mystery in e story: how does L stay slim even though he ate all those snacks?!?

though it’s supposed to e last part of e Death N0te story, heard from e papers tt they’re filming another prequel (abt L) tt’s gonna screen in 2008.. ah~ gotta wait so long..

as for today, met up wif AL & YX.. 1st time we meet up since AL returned from China.. so long haven seen her, so was really happy~ e 3 of us tok abt gg sentosa one of these days.. hopefully e rainy season stops soon.. oh ya, thkx to AL for e nice earrings & YX for e yummy okashi (snacks) from japan! (^o^) went to watch "Curse of e G0lden Fl0wers".. agreed tt there isn't much story to it, but at least e scene settings was nice, really artistic.. oh ya, there’s a pink x’mas tree at e cathay which is really cute~!

went Viv0city wif MH today.. 1st time i been there since it open (been hiding in my turtle shell all this while).. no doubt it’s huge, but it can really do wif some direction signs.. & e structure of e shopping mall is like.. there’s no way u wun feel tired after walking ard.. there’s many shops there, but not really alot tt’s affordable (lotsa branded stuff), even e food courts r more ex than e usual ones.. guess i’m not their target customer ba.. though window shopping is still fine.. & really wanna try out e cinema there some day..


went CCK after tt & shopped abit wif my mum, saw kero-chan plushie there!!! \(^_^)/ ok, i’m not a great enthusiast of plushies, juz cuz it’s e mascot in an anime i like.. 喜欢归喜欢, dun wanna increase e no. of plushies at home (facing an over-population plushie prob, maybe i shld haf garage sale or sth, though I dun haf garage la..)

Melacca

went back Muar yest wif my mum & dad to attend my 表哥's wedding banquet.. stayed over at another cousin's house in Melacca while they went home after tt.. then my cousins brought me for dinner at this place tt's famous for its crabs~ (^_^) & we went to this night market along a street called 鸡尾街.. it's sorta like a pasar malum, juz w/o e muar chee, VCDs.. & more of small accessories & old antiques.. guess u can call it a flea mkt too.. it was near e Melacca river, & at nite, e lights look really nice reflected in e river~ ok.. maybe it dun look so nice in e pic.. but i'm no pro photographer lor..

back in sg this morning, cuz my cousin gotta rush for work (yes, she works on sundays too).. stopped by JP to view e ‘dancing x’mas trees’.. tink it’s better than juz having some ultraman performance for e kids.. at least e trees r entertaining juz shaking there on stage.. e rite one is e big tree~

had dinner wif Ju, Shuz, Menz, Cat & Jeeps at C@fe C@rtel.. nice place wif e free flow bread.. & fast service too, e bill came b4 we even ask for it.. haha~ seems tt they're not offering e student card anymore, but there's still students' discount, so always rem to ask abt it.. muz enjoy e privileges of being a student while i still can.. haiz~ time passes so fast.. nowadays every1's tokking abt life after graduation, where u tink u will work la, or wat jobs u've applied, etc.. oh ya, most of e acct pple haf job offers from e big4 after e recruitment drive, so congrats to every1!

anw, after dinner, walk walk abit to digest, then went B@kerzin for dessert!!! haf always heard abt e yummy cakes there.. shared 4 cakes among us: (clockwise from top right) Sumatra, New York Cheesecake, Lavande & Sweet Pleasure *my fav*.. so delicious, so 幸福~ but felt so sinful as well, indulging in all e chocolatey delights.. (^_^") e atmosphere was gd too..
